Founded originally in Geneva, Switzerland in 1987 and headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2007, Swicorp has been a leading full-fledged investment bank which transitioned into a private investment holding company in November 2023, with a presence and a portfolio of investments across the Middle East and North Africa region.
During its restructuring, Swicorp has voluntarily returned its CMA investment banking licenses. At present, Swicorp focuses on its own investment portfolio, which include private equity funds.
Swicorp senior management’s experience covers 700+ advisory engagements, 120+ deals closed with cumulated value of deals closed in excess of USD 17 billion.
